Upboard Global Board Dynamics
Overview:
Board Dynamics™ focuses on improving boardroom culture by analysing and addressing the behaviours and interactions of individual directors and management teams. This process involves a comprehensive assessment to identify key dynamics and develop strategies for enhanced effectiveness.
Process:
Interviews: Conduct individual interviews with each board member and management team member (45 minutes each) to identify key issues and concerns.
Debrief Session: A 2-hour session with each group to review findings and gather feedback.
Behavioural Survey: Participants complete the Upboard Global Behavioural Survey©, followed by a 30-minute individual debrief with a psychologist to discuss results and relevance.
Data Summary and Discussion: Present aggregated data and qualitative findings to the board and management team. Discuss implications for board culture and organisational success (2-3 hours).
Conclusion and Action Plan: Agree on specific changes required for a high-functioning board, set a timeline for implementation, and schedule a review date. Optional group or individual coaching available.
